Renata Mroczek is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law at the University of Lodz, where she also completed postgraduate studies in European funds. She also completed postgraduate studies in management at the Poznan University of Economics and Business. She holds the qualifications of a Representative for Integrated Management Systems in the field of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management.

She is an expert in the field of energy law and administrative proceedings, including administrative liability for violations of statutory obligations and licensing conditions.

She has been with the Energy Regulatory Office since April 2017, serving as the director of the Central-Western Regional Branch based in Lodz – the largest regional unit covering the Masovian and Lodz voivodeships. There, she handled numerous issues in the field of heat and electricity (including energy storage and RES), gas fuels, and liquid fuels.

As deputy chair of the Heat Engineering Team, she actively participated in preparing a range of solutions supporting investment and transformation in the heating sector, along with the development of a new regulatory model.

In October 2024, following an open competition, she was appointed Vice-President of the Energy Regulatory Office.

She was appointed as President of URE by Prime Minister Donald Tusk on August 11, 2025. The appointment was preceded by an open and competitive recruitment procedure.

Previously, after a brief experience in banking, she was involved in healthcare for over a dozen years, most recently as deputy director of a multi-specialty hospital – one of the largest facilities in the Lodz voivodeship, where she gained broad competencies in managing people and complex organizational structures, multi-million projects, and processes.

In her work with people, she believes most in dialogue, partnership, and the power of relationships.

Graduate of the Faculty of Technical Physics and Applied Mathematics at the Warsaw University of Technology and postgraduate studies in company management at the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH).

Entrepreneur and manager with over 30 years of practice in the energy and IT sectors. Co-founder and long-term president (2002-2012) of the management board of the Polish Power Exchange (Towarowa Giełda Energii). Consultant for many companies in the energy sector in Poland, Europe, and the USA. Between 2015 and 2019, he created the energy market for the Gulf countries as project director for a project funded by 6 GCC countries at the regional transmission system operator – GCCIA. He has worked for NFOŚiGW, Columbus, and NODES – a European flexibility platform. Expert for the Civic Institute and co-creator of the energy program for the Civic Coalition. Lecturer at Collegium Civitas and other universities.

Sławomir Staszak, Acting President of the Management Board of Energa SA. He has many years of experience in management as well as in developing and implementing extensive corporate governance systems in commercial companies and holding groups, as well as in the field of broadly understood corporate and holding law and capital market law.
Throughout his career, he has participated in the implementation of numerous business projects for various entities, including co-creating internationally active holding groups, particularly for entities in the energy and port industries. He has managed international teams and participated in building strategies for multi-million business projects.
Alongside his extensive legal practice, his professional experience to date has allowed him to perfect his supervisory and managerial skills, including those related to managing complex teams. Mr. Sławomir Staszak has served on the management and supervisory boards of many companies and foundations, including the Supervisory Board of the Port of Gdynia Authority S.A.

Assumed office on February 12, 2024. 

He has many years of experience in the gas industry, having been directly involved in creating the concept for the operation of the national natural gas transmission system operator in Poland since 2003. 

Between 2004 and 2008, Sławomir Hinc served as Chief Financial Officer at PGNiG Przesył (now GAZ-SYSTEM). He was responsible for cooperation with the Energy Regulatory Office, negotiations for the leasing agreement of transmission assets transferred by PGNiG to GAZ-SYSTEM as a dividend in kind. The new president of our company also supervised the process of obtaining the gas transmission license for GAZ-SYSTEM. From 2006 to 2008, he served as the company's proxy. He is the author of its first transmission tariff. He was responsible on behalf of GAZ-SYSTEM for the transfer of Regional Transmission Branches from the structures of PGNiG S.A. to GAZ-SYSTEM in 2005. From 2008 to 2013, he was Vice President for Finance at PGNiG. He was responsible, among other things, for carving out the storage system operator (OSM) from PGNiG, establishing the company currently operating under the name Gas Storage Poland, and introducing storage services to the market. Between 2008 and 2014, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of EuRoPol GAZ. In 2010, he was appointed to the Governing Board of EUROGAS, the European association of gas and oil companies in Brussels, where he served until 2015. 

From 2013 to 2016, he served as President and Managing Director of PGNiG Upstream Norway, where he was responsible for acquiring PGNiG's stakes in 4 fields, for which he received the Gullkronen Award for the best transaction on the oil market in Norway. He also supervised the expansion of PGNiG's exploration activities in northern Norway, including the acquisition of exploration licenses in the Barents Sea. Between 2019 and 2024, he was associated with the renewable energy industry, first as an advisor to the board, and then as a member of the Supervisory Board of Helioexpert. Since 2019, he has been the president and managing director of Green Genius – the Polish branch of the Lithuanian PV farm operator. 

He holds an economic education from the Institute of Foreign Trade at the University of Gdansk and a PhD in technical sciences from the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in tariff systems in gas transmission. He also studied at the Universities of Vienna and Berlin. He completed the postgraduate Comprehensive Business Management Programme organized by Central Connecticut State University. He is a lecturer for postgraduate studies at the Warsaw University of Technology and the AGH University of Krakow in the areas of transport, tariffing, and natural gas market regulation. Author of several publications on natural gas tariffing and transport. 

Doctor of technical sciences. Graduate of the AGH University of Science and Technology in Krakow, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, specializing in power engineering. He also studied at the Krakow University of Economics, where he completed an MBA. He performed his doctoral studies at the AGH University, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, Automatics, Computer Science, and Electronics. 

He has 19 years of experience in the energy industry. He was responsible for asset management, distribution investments, and the development and implementation of investments in the field of renewable energy sources. He has extensive managerial experience in areas such as: network operation, network investment and development, innovation and new technologies, and cooperation and relations with local government units. He also managed work in the areas of internal development of RES projects, finance and controlling, corporate management, and procurement.

Since 2023, he has served as Vice President of the Management Board for Operations at TAURON Dystrybucja. From 2021 to 2023, he was Vice President of the Management Board of TAURON Zielona Energia sp. z o.o. Previously, at TAURON Dystrybucja, he held the positions of Director of the Network Investment and Development Department and Asset Director at the company's branches in Krakow and Tarnow. He began his career in the energy sector in 2004 at ENION S.A. as an engineer in the Network Development and Maintenance Department. 

Since June 17, 2024, he has also served as President of the Management Board of the Polish Association of Transmission and Distribution of Electricity (PTPiREE). 

Member of the Management Board of Polska Spółka Gazownictwa sp. z o.o.

A native of Gdansk, manager, PhD in law, and academic lecturer. Graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Gdansk. After completing his legal clerkship and passing the professional exam, he obtained the title of legal advisor. Previously, he successfully passed the exam for candidates for supervisory board members in companies with State Treasury participation before a commission appointed by the Minister of State Treasury, obtaining the relevant qualifications to sit on such boards.

He gained professional experience in providing legal services to entities in the fuel and construction industries, regulated activities, and special-purpose companies (with particular emphasis on the preparation and management of investment processes), working in law firms and running an individual practice as a legal advisor. He headed the legal department of a private company in the defense sector (including manufacturing and design of special technologies) with a well-established reputation on domestic and foreign markets. He also gained experience in the government and local government sectors. In recent years, he served as a board member – legal and financial director in a private company specialized in the implementation of linear investments, present on the industry market for over 60 years.

For over 10 years, he has sat on the supervisory boards of commercial companies, including those in the financial markets, telecommunications, healthcare, and leisure industry. In the past, he was, among others, a member of the supervisory board of a leading Polish telecommunications operator and cybersecurity service provider.

Currently a member of the supervisory board of the Armenian Stock Exchange (AMX) based in Yerevan, appointed by the Warsaw Stock Exchange (majority shareholder).

She is a manager with over a dozen years of professional experience in finance management. A graduate of the University of Gdansk, Faculty of Economics. She began her professional career in 2007 in international auditing firms – first EY, and then Deloitte. Associated with the Energa Group since 2011, where she managed the finance area, serving as deputy director and then director of the Finance Department. She participated in strategic investment projects and securing financing for the Energa Group, as well as in the integration with the ORLEN Group. Since July 2024, she served as Vice President of the Management Board of Energa Wytwarzanie S.A. Currently, she serves as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Baltic Service Offshore Solutions sp. z o.o. (an Energa Group entity) and a Member of the Management Board of the Polish Electricity Committee.

Graduate of the Agricultural University in Poznan (1990), European Union FH Weihenstephan scholar (1991-1992). From 1994 to 1999, expert and Project Manager for projects carried out under Phare and USAID aid programs. He began his professional career at the Provincial Office in Poznan; between 1993 and 2005, he was a member of the management and supervisory boards of commercial companies related to economic consulting, IT, and the energy industry. Since 2006, he has been associated with the Asseco capital group, where he is the managing person for the energy and gas sector. Co-author of several energy market studies, development strategies for energy companies, restructuring programs, and reports on the development of the energy market. Member of Steering Committees in several of the largest Polish IT projects implemented for the energy industry. Co-author of Asseco's business development strategy in domestic and foreign markets, he supervises the development of Asseco products as well as their internationalization and globalization.

Provides consultancy to Polish and foreign companies regarding the power sector. Specializes in determining investment options, creating strategies, RES transactions, and CPPA agreements. Leads a team of advisors specializing exclusively in services related to power engineering.

A manager associated with energy for nearly 15 years. He joined Hitachi Europe in 2009, responsible for business analysis and development in the energy sector in the CEE region. For several years, he also cooperated with the Regional Corporate Center on building and implementing the Hitachi Group's development strategy in the region. Since 2014, Business Development Director for Energy Transmission and Distribution Solutions in Europe. The projects he has implemented include both some of the largest investment tasks in power generation in the region, as well as smart grid solutions recognized as the most innovative implementations in energy. He holds a PhD in economics from SGH and is a graduate of managerial courses at MIT, Kellogg School of Management, and IESE Business School.

Vice President of the Management Board at Transition Technologies-Systems, responsible for the company's strategic development and supervision of key projects in the energy sector. She has been with the company for over 20 years and combines extensive managerial and technical experience in the IT and energy industries. She specializes in the digital transformation of the energy sector – from IT system integration and the implementation of innovative tools to ensuring that solutions comply with EU regulations. She has many years of experience in implementing complex projects for the largest players in the energy market, supporting digitization, security, and sustainable development processes. Under her leadership, TT-Systems was awarded the Economic Award of the President of the Republic of Poland in the “Responsible Business” category. One of her key areas of interest is the development of artificial intelligence, which she considers to be the foundation of energytransformation. She is a speaker at major industry events, including the European Economic Congress. A graduate of computer science at the Warsaw University of Technology, she is currently participating in the Executive MBA program at the Warsaw School of Economics.

An experienced manager with over 30 years of experience in the IT and telecommunications sector. He specializes in digital transformation, wireless technologies, IoT, B2B solutions, and outsourcing. He has extensive experience both in developing innovative products and services in technology companies in cooperation with investment funds such as AIG CET, Enterprise Investors, and Avallon MBO, as well as in leading complex ICT projects. He developed his competencies in companies such as Siemens, Orange, IBM, and Ericsson, operating on both the Polish and international markets – in Central and Eastern Europe, the Middle East, South America, and Asia. 
 
He is a graduate of prestigious management programs at IESE Business School, London Business School, University of St. Gallen, and Siemens SQT Business Entrepreneurship. He graduated in mechatronics from the Warsaw University of Technology. 
 
He currently serves as the president of OChK – a leader in cloud services in Poland, which supports nearly 400 organizations in the field of advanced data analytics, artificial intelligence, and cybersecurity. OChK enables Polish and foreign companies, public institutions, and startups to build innovations in the cloud securely and scalably.

An innovation architect, Dr. Karolina Lipińska currently serves as vice-president of the management board of Energa-Operator S.A., responsible for the area of distribution services, innovation, and human resources. Her goal is the efficient implementation of investments while simultaneously focusing on customer needs. 

A local government official with over 20 years of experience responsible for the development of entrepreneurship, innovation, and energy in the Pomeranian Voivodeship. Since 2020, she has coordinated the activities of the Pomeranian Platform for the Development of Offshore Wind Energy in the Baltic Sea, which brings together over 140 signatories, including mostly entrepreneurs. The main goal of the Platform is to increase the participation of Polish entrepreneurs in offshore supply chains, as well as raising awareness related to the benefits resulting from the green energy transition.

Initiator and leader of the first Educational Career Fair EDU OFFSHORE WIND in Poland, consolidating the offshore renewable energy industry, including perspective areas of development, such as hydrogen technologies or cybersecurity. The fair, organized in March 2024, was visited by over 8,000 secondary school students and university students. 

She served as a rapporteur on the management board of the organization bringing together the regions of the Baltic Sea States (BSSSC), being responsible for presenting the current situation on the international market with particular emphasis on offshore. She worked in international structures, where she learned the mechanisms of interregional cooperation and appreciated the weight of networking resulting in the creation of international projects and initiatives.

She coordinated work related to the implementation of the first regional cluster development policy in Poland. The support models and good practices introduced in the Pomeranian Voivodeship were later implemented at the national level (National Key Clusters). Member of the cluster policy team at the Ministry of Labor, Development and Technology and the Group of Experts on Smart Specialization Strategy appointed by the European Commission DG REGIO. 

For over a dozen years, she coordinated work related to the Regional Innovation Strategy, the key element of which was eco-efficient technologies and energy based on renewable energy sources. Observing the phenomena and processes occurring in the region, she notices the importance of entrepreneurial culture, mentality, motivation, and creativity. She has the opportunity for scientific research of these phenomena based on her results from her doctoral thesis regarding the impact of informal institutions on R&D financing in enterprises.

She publishes and conducts lectures at the Gdańsk University of Technology and the University of Gdańsk in the field of offshore wind energy, project management, and innovation processes in English.

Wojciech Tabiś has been associated with the energy sector since the beginning of his professional career. He has held management positions in the distribution and electricity transmission subsectors – he was the president of Zielonogórskie Zakłady Energetyczne S.A. and vice-president of the management board of PSE S.A. Subsequently, for many years, he headed the Energy Department at the Ministry of Economy, where he co-created key regulations for the energy market. In the years 2004–2006, he was the president of the management board of PERN in Płock, and since 2006, he has cooperated with European energy concerns Endesa and E.ON, serving as an advisor to management boards and managing director of Endesa Polska. He sat on numerous supervisory boards, including Gaz-System, Kogeneracja, EC Białystok, STOEN Warszawa. Since 2014, he has been associated with the Polish Association of Transmission and Distribution of Electricity (PTPiREE), where he served as director – proxy. Since July 2024, he has served as the President of the Management Board of the Energy Market Agency (ARE S.A.).

President (vice-president in 2016–2021) of the Union of Biogas and Biomethane Industry Producers and Employers (using the acronym UPEBBI from its English name), an investor and manager in the biogas industry, and a consultant advising investors in the energy sector, member of the Coordination Council of the Agreement for the Development of the Biogas and Biomethane Sector. In the years 1997-99, director of the political cabinet in the Chancellery of the Prime Minister Jerzy Buzek; in 2001–2007, a member of the Polish Parliament (Sejm), chairman of the parliamentary Economy Committee and the investigative commission for the banking sector, as well as a member of the Public Finance Committee.
