A graduate of the University of Warsaw, Faculty of Economic Sciences, specializing in informatics and economic cybernetics (1979) and of the Warsaw University of Technology, Faculty of Electrical Engineering, postgraduate studies (1998), PhD in economic sciences (1988). From his graduation in 1979 until 2011, he was professionally associated with the Department of Economic Policy and Planning, and since 1989 with the Department of Finance and Banking at the Faculty of Economic Sciences of the University of Warsaw. From 1994 to 1997 – Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of Ownership Transformations and Undersecretary of State in the Ministry of State Treasury, responsible for capital privatization, restructuring of state-owned enterprises and companies, utilization of aid funds, and the economic analysis division regarding State Treasury assets, as well as supervising companies with foreign capital participation. He collaborated with investors and privatization advisors, the Securities and Exchange Commission, and the Warsaw Stock Exchange. From 1997 to 2007 - President of the Energy Regulatory Office.
From 2007 to 2012 – President of the Management Board of Mostostal Zabrze Holding S.A (MZH S.A.), a public company listed on the Warsaw Stock Exchange. Currently, he conducts expert and advisory activities, being, among others, a consultant at the Center for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies at the Faculty of Management of the University of Warsaw and an advisor to the President of Employers of Poland. He is the author and co-author of several dozen articles and several scientific books on finance, economic policy, including energy regulation, and privatization.

Renata Mroczek is a law graduate from the Faculty of Law at the University of Łódź, where she also completed postgraduate studies in European funds.

She is an expert in the field of broadly understood energy law and administrative proceedings, including administrative liability for violations of statutory obligations and license conditions.
At the Energy Regulatory Office since April 2017 as the director of the Central-Western Regional Branch in Łódź – the largest regional unit covering the Mazowieckie and Łódzkie voivodeships. There, she dealt with many issues in the area of heat, electricity (including energy storage and renewables), gaseous fuels, and liquid fuels.
As deputy chair of the Heating Team appointed by the President of the Energy Regulatory Office, she actively participated in preparing a range of solutions supporting investments and the transformation of the heating sector, including the development of a new regulatory model.
Previously, after a brief experience in banking, she was involved in healthcare for over a decade, most recently as deputy director of a multi-specialty hospital – one of the largest facilities in the Łódzkie Voivodeship, where she gained extensive competence in managing people and complex organizational structures, multi-million projects, and processes.

He has many years of experience in the gas industry, having been directly involved in creating the concept for the operation of the national natural gas transmission system operator in Poland since 2003.
From 2004-2008, Sławomir Hinc served as the financial director at PGNiG Przesył (now GAZ-SYSTEM). He was responsible for cooperation with the Energy Regulatory Office, negotiating the lease agreement for transmission assets, which were transferred as a dividend in kind from PGNiG to GAZ-SYSTEM. The new president of our company's management board also supervised the process of obtaining a gas transmission license for GAZ-SYSTEM. From 2006-2008, he served as the company's proxy. He is the author of its first transmission tariff. On behalf of GAZ-SYSTEM, he was responsible for the 2005 transfer of the Regional Transmission Divisions from the structures of PGNiG S.A. to GAZ-SYSTEM. From 2008 to 2013, he was the Vice-President for Finance at PGNiG. He was responsible, among other things, for the spin-off of the storage system operator (OSM) from PGNiG, the creation of the company currently operating under the name Gas Storage Poland, and the introduction of storage services to the market. From 2008 to 2014, he was a member of the Supervisory Board of EuRoPol GAZ. In 2010, he was appointed to the Governing Board of the European association of gas and oil companies, EUROGAS, in Brussels, where he served until 2015.
From 2013 to 2016, he served as the CEO and General Director of PGNiG Upstream Norway, where he was responsible, among other things, for the acquisition of PGNiG's shares in 4 fields, for which he received the Gullkronen Award for the best transaction on the Norwegian oil market. He also supervised the expansion of PGNiG's exploration activities in northern Norway, including obtaining exploration licenses for PGNiG in the Barents Sea. From 2019 to 2024, he was involved in the renewable energy industry, first as an advisor to the board and then as a member of the Supervisory Board of Helioexpert. Since 2019, he was the CEO and Managing Director of Green Genius – the Polish branch of the Lithuanian PV farm operator.
He holds a degree in economics from the Institute of Foreign Trade at the University of Gdańsk and a PhD in technical sciences from the Faculty of Environmental Engineering at the Warsaw University of Technology, specializing in tariff systems in gas transmission. He also studied at universities in Vienna and Berlin. He completed The Comprehensive Business Management Programme postgraduate studies organized by Central Connecticut State University. Mirosław Kowalik is a manager with extensive experience and knowledge of the Polish energy market. Since May 2021, he has been the President of Westinghouse in Poland, where he is responsible for the implementation of investments in the field of nuclear technologies, including the construction of the country's first nuclear power plant based on the safe and proven AP1000® technology.

Piotr Listwoń has 16 years’ experience in managing trading and clearing operations on commodity forward markets, the financial instruments market as well as for international transactions carried out as part of the market coupling of the European electricity markets. He has been associated with the TGE Group since 2008, where he was initially involved in efforts aimed at launching the operations the Warsaw Commodity Clearing House (IRGiT) and led the implementation of an advanced payment system in IRGiT.
