Terms and Conditions
1. General Rules
1.1 Press accreditation allows for free participation in the Congress, including access to lectures and conference materials.
1.2 Contact regarding accreditation is handled exclusively by email at: j.tulo@mmcpolska.pl.
1.3 Accreditation is personal and non-transferable.
2. Conditions for Granting Accreditation
2.1 Accreditations are granted only to professionally active journalists who are currently collaborating with the media outlet indicated in the accreditation form.
2.2 To receive accreditation, you must:

Fill out the accreditation form available on the Congress website under the "Accreditation" tab.

Publish information about the Congress on your website/channel/profile and send a link to the publication to: j.tulo@mmcpolska.pl, or submit a declaration of commitment to publish material about the Congress no later than two weeks after its conclusion.

Indicate the name of the media outlet and a link to its website in the accreditation form.
2.3 The Organizer will decide on granting accreditation based on the completed form. The applicant will be informed of the outcome by email no later than two weeks before the Congress.
2.4 Each media outlet may apply for a maximum of three accreditations (for a journalist, a photographer, and a camera operator). In exceptional cases, additional accreditations may be granted upon prior request to: j.tulo@mmcpolska.pl.
2.5 Accreditation does not include accommodation or meals provided by the Organizer.
2.6 The accreditation form will be active until the day of the Congress. Applications on the day of the Congress are possible, but the response may be delayed. If you are unable to attend the Congress, please inform the Organizer by sending a message to: j.tulo@mmcpolska.pl.
2.7 A media outlet may register several journalists, but each accreditation must pertain to a separate panel. Each accreditation is equivalent to one publication. The journalist will receive their registration badge 15 minutes before the start of their panel of interest and is required to return the badge immediately after the panel ends.
3. Rules for Using Accreditation
3.1 Accreditation is valid only for the person to whom it was granted and may be used only for press purposes related to covering the Congress.
3.2 Accredited journalists are required to:

Wear the badge in a visible place during the Congress.

Adhere to the principles of journalistic ethics and professionalism.

Inform the organizer about publications related to the Congress by sending links or copies of the materials to: j.tulo@mmcpolska.pl.
3.3 Audio and video recording, as well as photography during the Congress, are permitted; however, video coverage of panels/presentations may not exceed 90 seconds.
3.4 Journalists must not disrupt the course of the Congress, disturb other participants, violate their privacy, or coerce them into giving interviews.
3.5 In the event of a change of the accredited person, the absence must be reported to the Organizer's e-mail address, and the new participant must fill out the accreditation form.
4. Rules for Publishing Materials
4.1 Media outlets publishing text materials (interviews, speaker quotes, reports, etc.) are obliged to include information in the article that the material originates from the Congress.
4.2 The media outlet is obliged to publish materials covering the Congress no later than 14 days after the end of the Congress, or, if this deadline cannot be met due to the publication schedule, in the issue of the magazine closest to the date of the Congress. The Organizer must be notified of the planned publication date by sending a message to: j.tulo@mmcpolska.pl.
5. Rights and Obligations of the Organizer
5.1 The Organizer reserves the right to:

Deny an accreditation request without providing a reason.

Monitor published materials related to the Congress.

Make changes to the Congress program.

Update the terms and conditions, the latest version of which will be available on the official Congress website.
5.2 The Organizer will provide accredited journalists with "PRESS" badges and press materials, including photos from the Congress.
5.3 In case of non-compliance with these terms and conditions, the Organizer has the right to refuse accreditation for the next edition of the Congress.
6. Processing of Personal Data
6.1 Persons applying for accreditation agree to:

The processing of their personal data in accordance with the Act of May 10, 2018 (Journal of Laws of 2018, item 1000) and the GDPR, to the extent necessary to carry out the accreditation process.

Their email address being added to the organizer's database and receiving newsletters.

Their image being recorded in the form of photographs, internet streaming, and video grams during the Congress.
7. Final Provisions
7.1 Journalists are obliged to state in their publications that the materials originate from the Congress.
7.2 The Organizer reserves the right to refuse accreditation to media outlets that do not meet the event's profile requirements, are not updated, or have registered an excessive number of participants.
7.3 In matters not regulated by these terms and conditions, the relevant provisions of generally applicable law, in particular the Civil Code, shall apply.
